Parent and Carer SEND Group

Our Parent & Carer SEND Group offers a relaxed, welcoming and supportive space for parents and carers of autistic children, young people or adults, including those who may be awaiting assessment or who do not yet have a diagnosis.

The group is a chance to meet others, share experiences, ask questions and feel less alone. Whether you are looking for practical tips, emotional support, information, or simply a friendly chat with people who may understand similar experiences, you are very welcome.

Sessions are informal, friendly and flexible. There is no pressure to talk if you do not want to — you can join in as much or as little as feels comfortable.
