Our Mindful Art and Craft workshops are perfect for anyone who wants to take some time for themselves meet new people and try new things.

Hosted at our offices in Dereham, it’s the perfect place to escape for a couple of hours.

These workshops are open to anyone over the age of 18+ whether you are a parent/carer, diagnosed Autistic, or believe you may have neurodiversity.

Your ticket price includes all art materials and refreshments.
