The Autism Information and Advice Service provides one-off advice and information to help autistic people, their families, and professionals better understand autism-related needs and explore available support options.
Our role is to share information, explain systems, and signpost to other services, rather than offering ongoing support.The organisations listed below may be helpful and are included with their contact details.
- NHS Talking Therapies (Norfolk & Waveney) – self‑referral for low‑level depression, anxiety etc.
- MAP (Mental Health Advice & Counselling) – supports young people & adults.
- Kooth – online counselling and emotional support for ages 10–18.
- Norfolk & Waveney Mind – Autism & Mental Health – information and local mental health support.

- Crisis Resolution & Home Treatment Team (CRHT), Central Norfolk – short‑term intensive community support for adults in crisis.
