Adult Social Groups
Our Adult Social Groups offer a relaxed, welcoming and supportive space for autistic adults, including those who are awaiting assessment or do not yet have a diagnosis. The groups are a chance to meet others, share interests, build confidence and spend time in an environment where different needs are understood.
What to expect
Sessions are informal, friendly and flexible. You can join conversations, take part in activities, connect through shared interests or simply use the space in a way that feels comfortable for you.
