Family Support Groups

Our Family Support Groups offer a safe, welcoming and supportive space for families of autistic children and young people, including those who are awaiting assessment or do not yet have a diagnosis. Meet other families, take part in activities, ask questions and spend time in an environment where different needs are understood.

What to expect

Sessions are relaxed, flexible and family-friendly. You can join in with creative activities, sensory play and group activities, or simply use the space in a way that works for your family.

  • Children and young people awaiting assessment
  • Parents, carers, siblings and wider family members
  • Families who would benefit from an understanding space
