Our Parent & Carer Groups offer a relaxed, welcoming and supportive space for parents and carers of autistic children, young people or adults, including those who are awaiting assessment or do not yet have a diagnosis. The groups are a chance to meet others, share experiences, ask questions and feel less alone.
What to expect
Sessions are informal, friendly and flexible. You can talk with other parents and carers, share practical tips, ask questions, find support and connect with people who may understand similar experiences.
