Teen Social Groups

Our Teen Social Groups offer a relaxed, welcoming and supportive space for autistic young people, including those who are awaiting assessment or do not yet have a diagnosis. Young people can meet others, take part in activities, build confidence and spend time in an environment where different needs are understood.

What to expect

Sessions are friendly, informal and flexible. Activities may include games, creative activities, conversations, shared interests and quieter options for those who need a calmer space.

Who is it for?

  • Autistic teenagers and young people
  • Young people awaiting assessment
  • Young people who may find typical social spaces difficult
  • Those who would benefit from a safe and understanding group
